However, if you believe our service did not meet your expectations, we have a clear and fair refund policy in place to address such concerns.
Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of payment. Requests made beyond this period will not be considered. We strongly encourage clients to review all deliverables promptly and notify us of any concerns within this timeframe.
Full Refund: If HR Team Naukri fails to deliver the agreed-upon services, or if the work provided is completely unsatisfactory and cannot be corrected even after revisions, a full refund (100%) will be issued. This applies only in cases where no substantial portion of the service has been utilized or delivered.
Partial Refund: If a portion of the service has been delivered or utilized and the client is dissatisfied, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued, depending on the stage of completion and specific circumstances. This is applicable for requests made between 30 and 60 days from the date of payment.
No Refund: After 60 days from the date of payment, we will not be able to process any refund requests, regardless of the reason. Additionally, once the hard copy of the website or any final deliverables have been received and approved by the client, the order is considered closed and non-refundable.
Non-Delivery Issues: If you have not received your service or deliverables within the committed timeframe and we fail to respond to your concerns within a reasonable time, you will be eligible for a full refund.
How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact your assigned executive directly. They will guide you through the process and provide the necessary assistance. If you do not receive a response within 3 business days, you can escalate the issue by emailing us at refund@HRTeamNaukri.com.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of confirmation. The amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
Our Commitment: HR Team Naukri is committed to building long-term relationships with its clients. While refunds are available under genuine circumstances, we always encourage open communication first. Many issues can be resolved through discussion, revisions, or adjustments.
